Instructions
You may use the following calculator to determine if
you meet the admission requirements (admission
policy) for first-time freshmen entering Missouri State
for the semesters listed in the drop down box below. The calculator will use your test scores (ACT or SAT), and high school class rank and size or high school grade point average (GPA) to determine your selection index. A selection index of 108 is required for the summer 2007 through summer 2009 semesters.
If you are 22 years of age or older, took the GED, or graduated/will graduate
from a non-accredited high school, then this calculator
cannot be used to determine your eligibility. Please see
the
admission policy. If you will enter Missouri State having
completed 24 or more hours of transferable college
credit after graduating from high school, please see our transfer admission policy
.
In addition to meeting the selection index requirement,
you must also meet the high school core curriculum requirement.
You will need the following information:
- ACT or SAT score
- (Your high school class size and your rank within the class) or (your cumulative high school grade point average and your high school GPA scale)
(If you do not know your rank or GPA, we encourage you
to contact your high school counselor.)
